Megan Scott
Real Estate Professional/ Team Leader
Megan was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Canada in 1991. She came from a family of 5 girls and although she is the only child living in Canada, she is very close to her sisters and parents. Megan has lived in Mississauga for more than 29 years now and is a well-experienced realtor of the Greater Toronto Area. It is safe to say that she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to buying and selling real estate.
Megan worked in the field of accounting with a team under her supervision for many years. In 2006 she decided to go back to school to get her real estate license. She’s had the opportunity to work with Real Estate companies such as Royal LePage and Re/Max. In 2014, she was then approached by Keller Williams, one of the largest real estate companies in North America. Megan could see the skills and education this Brokerage had to offer. She was extremely excited to join Keller Williams Realty Solutions Brokerage in Port Credit Mississauga and has since expanded into a second location in Erindale Central Mississauga.
Her grandparents were a big influence in her life being married over 72 years before passing. This inspires her to be a devoted wife of 28 years and a dedicated mother to her three teenage [triplets] children. Aside from Real Estate, her passion is to play volleyball, spend quality time with her family and watch her son and daughters play hockey. She believes in “the core concept of FAMILY" and family values. During her spare time, Megan is involved in her community, church and schools; she’s indeed a true believer in helping others.

Randy Scott
Sales Representative
Randy was born and raised in Etobicoke, Toronto and the youngest child of three. He received his accounting degree in 1992 and has worked in the automotive sector for more than 24 years as a group controller, globe controller and CFO Chief financial officer.
He expanded his educational degree and started to learn more about Real Estate. He successfully obtained his Real Estate License and began working for the team behind the scene. He decided to join the Real Estate industry because he felt that it was a better fit for him in the future and quickly developed a passion for the business. Randy is excellent at helping clients evaluate investment properties and or commercial purchases.
Randy is a dedicated husband and is happily married to Megan Scott for more than 22 years. He’s an involved father in the busy lives of their 3 children. His love for hockey inspires his children to love hockey. He has been a coach of his son and daughter’s hockey team for more than ten years now. Randy has a very calm demeanour and does extremely well under pressure. When he wants to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, he goes to the cottage, loves fishing and spending quality time with his family.
Alisia DeMelo
Admin/ Marketing Support/ Customer Service
Alisia is the newest addition to The Megan Scott Team, an Advertising and Graphic Design graduate and has been in Real Estate/Customer Service/Sales industry for more than 7 years.
She works independently using technology and her skills to deliver customer service. As an admin and marketing support for the Megan Scott team, she is responsible for Administrative tasks, Customer Service, Marketing Design and Technical Services.
